First Saturday in February Swim Workout:

400-600 Choice swim/drill Warm Up

16 X 25 kick on :45 or 15 sec rest  (#’s 1,2,3 medium #4, all out)

200-300 catch up free drill – no breathing after turns (one or two strokes, then breathe)

10 X 50 choice on 1:20  ( #’s 1,2, Easy #3, fast)

100 easy  10 X 100 choice with 15 sec rest (#’s 1,2 easy #3,fast)

100 easy  10 X 25 Fly or AOS (any other stroke) on :45

200 easy Warm Down
