Want to test the waters! Try a workout or two before making a decision on joining?

Whether you are new or have just taken a break over the winter, come and join us for any of the swim, run and bike workouts at no cost for one week only.…. Why not bring a friend too! Monday April 30th to Sunday May 6th 2012 Check out the website under Schedule for the weeks options.

From Monday 7th May 2012 sessions will be for paid up members. It’s a steal….your annual membership April 1st 2012 to March 31st 2013 is:- $15 if you just want to connect with other active people and get together for runs and occasional events. $50 whether you want coaching to simply improve your technique and have fun or would like to race. Insurance, TNS membership, password to access workouts on the website included.

If you wish to swim, due to the cost of pool rental, there is an additional charge, pick an option that works for you:- $20 a month = 1 coached session per week $30 a month = 2 coached sessions per week $50 for a 10 swim card An Acadia membership is not required to swim but your fees and $50 annual membership need to be paid.
