Midweek Update

It’s been a great week so far! We had a great turnout for swimming Sunday night and a nice “Mind Over Mattress” run with a few runners this morning. The early mornings seem to work well for alot of people so we’ve decided to do another early morning run again on Thursday @ 6 am…. feel free to join in. The plan is make the early am runs a regular gathering.

Happy to be in the pool again myself, and thrilled to see great progress with Sunday’s newbies, so extra inspired for coaching Wednesday morning practice. Hope to see you there!
