This Weeks’ Workouts

I’m posting the Running Workouts for this week on the website with a password (different than the swim workouts….. a bit of a check up to see who’s still following the program :)!

So here’s how the week is shaping up:

Monday 6 PM/ Monday 7 PM Fun2Run Club – a social running group with Janet Mooney – meets at theWolfville Recreation Centre at 6 PM.Strength training with Mike Todd @ Willow Park- check with me about the time (drop in fee of $7.50)
Tuesday 6 – 7:30 AM First weekday swim workout for are encouraged to come try it out and we’ll go from there.
Tuesday 6-8 PM Trackie Tuesday – as we get closer to the Valley Harvest marathon we will be focusing on the specifics for the Half Marathon and 10 km runs….if you’re not racing let me know too.
Wednesday 6-7:30 Morning version of Tuesday’s PM Track workout.
Wednesday PM Strength training with Mike Todd @ Willow Park- check with me for details. (drop in fee of $7.50)
Thursday 6-7:30 AM Swim workout.
Thursday PM Cycling TT not able to do this week due to a community meeting for the Skateboard Park- however if someone would like to lead a ride please let me know. We’ll be back on for next Thursday.
Friday 6 AM Run from Acadia.
Saturday 7:30 AM Run from Acadia.
Saturday 9-10:30 Swim at Acadia
Saturday 10:30-11:30AM Kids Run Club from Acadia (we can always use volunteers to help)
