Workout Update

Friday 6 AM- Circuit training with a focus on stability and strength at Acadia Athletic Complex

Saturday 7:30-8:30 AM 10 km run from Acadia Athletic Complex

Saturday 9:00-10:30 AM swim workout (and includes a 30 minute Timed Swim as an early season marker) (feel free to have a friend or family member come to help count laps for 30 minutes from 9:45-10:15)

Saturday 11:00- 12 noon (note the time change)– Kids Run Club at Acadia – indoor track (bring a toonie)
