Looks Like An Interesting Week Ahead

With Remembrance Day on Tuesday some may have the day off work and be able to stay for an intro to indoor training on the bike. Looking to have coffee and muffins after swimming and would like to encourage everyone to try to make the coffee and muffin and meet some of the club members that maybe doing different activities.  We have close to 60 members and I’m sure not everyone knows each other!

Another change this week is that instead of a Tuesday evening Stability & Strength Session we’ll do an orientation to the 1st phase of the program on Wednesday evening at 6 PM.  Several people have planned to start at week one this week, while some of us will be moving on to the second phase of the 10 week program -……. not to worry just means you will be finishing up during Xmas holidays.  I can help a bit in the mornings but planning on getting my workout done then too…the evening one is the one I can give you all my attention ;)!

MONDAY

6 AM  Stability & Strength Session @ Acadia Indoor Track

Bring a yoga mat, a theraband, water bottle and a step if you have one

TUESDAY

Swim Practice + Indoor Bike Trainer Intro 

Acadia Pool 6:00 -7:30 AM + 8:00-9:30 AM Intro to the indoor trainer (bring your bike)- more details will be emailed Monday

Punch Cards for swimming sessions: (16= $80 / 32=$128 / 48 =$160 sessions)

We’re leaving the punch cards in the pool office now so if you can remember to bring it along that would be great

WEDNESDAY

Saturday Kids Run Club

11:00-Noon @ Acadia Athletic Complex.  Please RSVP to sread@wolfville.ca

Volunteers to help out are encouraged- even if you can’t make it every week.
