Tuesday:                                                                                                                                                                                             6:00-7:30 AM Swim Practice                                                                                                                                                        6:00-7:30 PM-Stability & Strength @ Acadia Indoor Track- bring yoga mat, water and step if you have one           7:30-8:30 PM join Eric and Phil for an uncoached swim workout

Wednesday:                                                                                                                                                                                        6:15 AM – Stability & Strength @ Acadia Indoor Track- bring yoga mat, water and step if you have one

Thursday:                                                                                                                                                                                             6:00-7:30 AM Swim Practice

Friday:                                                                                                                                                                                                6:15 AM – Stability & Strength @ Acadia Indoor Track- bring yoga mat, water and step if you have one

Saturday:                                                                                                                                                                                               7:00 AM 12 km easy run                                                                                                                                                                 9:00-10:30 AM Swim Workout

NOTE: there will be not Kids Run Club Saturday due to the Acadia Craft Fair.
