Stability & Strength Sessions with or without Run Intervals:

Monday/Wednesday/Friday; 6 AM @ Acadia Indoor Track

Coached sessions- Tuesday @ 6 PM

Swimming (Coached Sessions):

Tuesday / Thursday  6:00-7:30 AM & Saturday 9:00-10:30 AM (no swimming lessons this week :))

OYO (On Your Own- no coach) Group: Tuesday / Thursday @ 7:30 PM (swim workout will be posted on website)

Group Run:

Saturday 7 AM from Acadia- 12-14 km, moderate pace and bail out options

Youth Indoor Triathlon Challenge

1-3 PM @Acadia- 15 minute swim/15 minute bike/15 minute run

Volunteers needed for lap counting and cheering!  Fun event to celebrate Canada Sport Week.  Prizes and snacks offered- no fee to participate – limit of 24 (2 heats)
