One Day (Maybe Two) At A Time This Week

Hope that everyone has had a lovely Christmas  and ready for a little post Xmas fitness. Planning to be at Acadia Indoor Track for 6:30 AM Monday Morning.  Strength & Stability + Intervals.  Bring a yoga mat if you have one.

Plan to swim at 7:30 AM Tuesday if anyone cares to join me.  I’ll bring the workout.
