January 2015 – Get Ready to Ramp It Up!

Same schedule as last week- except that there IS swimming on Saturday at 9 am. One Last Week of prep before starting the spring training programs! I’ve heard from quite a few so it’s looking like a great group. It was great to see so many out for a long run this morning- hopefully there will be even more next week :)!

Here’s the registration form with pricing.  Jeff will have the program documents for us to begin January 19th- and it will follow our current swimming and track schedule…looking forward to seeing the details too. May have some news about a great new spinning location later in the week…stay tuned.
