Swim Workout Just- in- Case

The stormy weather meant we missed the am swim practice, but in case you get to the pool sometime later today or after our run workout this evening, here’s a workout:

4 X 100 SKPS (swim.kick.pull.swim) try in Reverse IMO for those that do IM

8 X 50 on 1:15 or :30 rest (25 Fly or Free + 25 Back) 80-90% Max Effort

200 choice drills/swim

4 X { 2 X 50 choice on 1:15 + 200 free pull} – 100 easy between sets

8 X 50 Kick on 1:20 or :10 rest

200 easy
