So with Canada Day smack dab in the middle of the week it might be a little off kilter for some of us, but the schedule remains pretty steady as many of us will end up working with the one day off for some time to celebrate being Canadian or being in Canada, which ever the case may be. Here’s the line up for scheduled club workouts, and please share your own pop up workouts if you care to have company ( I will post any pop up swims if the weather is cooperative):
Monday: Recovery Ride & Skills Clinic (mounts and dismounts) – meet at the Port Pub at 5:00-6:30 PM
Tuesday: RI2F Training Group – Track Workout (Evening Crew) 6 PM @ Acadia
Wednesday: Canada Day Run at Cape Split – Details Posted to our FB page and RSVP if you’re going to participate- promises to be patriotic, fun as well as challenging!
Thursday: Brick at Lumsden’s Dam – 5:30 PM for swim, bike and/or run (bring friends or family to do their own thing ):
Saturday: Assorted Long Runs & Bike Rides with postings to be done later in the week
Sunday: Open Water Swim Clinic (Race Roster link to come) @ Aylesford Lake & First Youth Triathlon Team Session 11 AM
