Not goin’ lie it’s super hot out there, but here’s the scoop. We will do the same workout that the morning trackies did, but under the shade of the trees at the Irving Gardens. We will still meet at the Athletic Complex and head up the hill from there,. bring water, sunscreen and maybe even some bug stuff if you can tolerate it, and a yoga mat if you can. We had a session with the Youth group at noon and we ran there and it was very pleasant.
