Mid August Shift

Wondering how it got to be the middle of August so quickly! It can be an awkward time of year for training if one is not focused on any particular event, or training for some very different types of events such as a fall marathon and the late season sprint triathlons, or some of those new fangled mud, suds, or zombie events.

Please let me know what events we are aiming for as we head into the final leg of the triathlon season to help with workout planning! Bricks are still on tap until Shubie Doobie Triathlon!
