WE have a busy week of training and events before us:
Strength Training continues 5:30 PM at the Louis Millet Complex
Strength and Activation + Swimming is on Tuesday & Thursday: 6 PM for the indoor track and 7:30 PM for the swim
Swimming on Wednesday @ noon will be uncoachedthis week (coach is away). Email email@example.com for workout.
Easy 6 or 8 km Starrs Point Loop Saturday Morning Run at 8 am, then post shower hustle over to the Louis Millet Complex and enjoy a LIFE BALANCE! Workshop with former Olympian and Acadia kinesiology Professor Anne Dodge. Lunch is free and we take a bit of time to reflect on balance at time when we easily over reach. Santa Run 9 AM at Abs-O-Lute. Wear your Christmas running hat and find your BMC team mates for a photo before the run 🙂
BMC CHRISTMAS PARTY is Friday, December 18th friendly event and will be a family with a kitchen party feel.
Our winter training programs start Mid December. Here’s a snapshot: Indoor cycling and running workouts will be added to the schedule…. be ready for:
Wednesday evenings 5:30-6:30 with cycling coach Derek Salley @ Banks Bikes designed for those training for 70.3 distance. A run off the bike is included. Signup and pricing will be posted later this week.
Saturday mornings we will have Derek back for a cycling workout suitable for anyone training for any distance triathlon.
Long runs will be on Sunday mornings.
L2 R & Half training to start in the new year. Snowshoeing and country skiing is radar!
