Sunday Mornings: Group Long Runs
Sunday Afternoons: Swim Workout
Monday Evenings: Strength Training @ Louis Millet Complex (5:30-6:30 PM)
Tuesday Evenings: Track Workout + Swim Workout @ Acadia
Wednesday Evenings: Coached Indoor Cycling Workouts + Run 5:30-6:30 PM @ Banks Bikes (starts this week and pre-registration appreciated – see Race Roster for Details)
Thursday Evenings: Hill Running + Swim Workouts @ Acadia
Saturday Mornings: Coached Indoor Cycling Workouts + Run 9:30 AM @ Banks Bikes
**Training Programs will be for :
- 70.3 Long Distance Training Squad (Duathlon & Triathlon)
- Learn to Run 5km
- “My First Triathlon”
- Sprint (and super sprint) Triathlon Training Program
- Olympic Distance Training Program
- Group Cycling 101
- Teen Cross Training
- Intermediate Half Marathon Program
- One on One or small group swim instruction

Hi Kristin, We are swimming 7:30-8:30 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Still 2-4 PM on Sundays…. although we may go back to 5-6 PM. We are waiting for Stella to return from Taipei to see what we can do about that and the mornings.
