Scheduled Workouts are as follows (and keep your eyes out for pop up snowshoeing and running adventures):
Monday: Strength Training 5:30-6:30 @ Louis Millet Complex $2 drop in if you haven’t paid for the session. Board Meeting @ 6:30 PM @ Tanya’s house.
Tuesday: 6 PM Indoor Track Workout @ Acadia + 7:30 -8:30 PM Swim Workout
Wednesday: Indoor Cycling with Derek @ Banks Bikes 5:30-6:30 PM. Drop in Fee of $10. Trainers available – bring your own bike.
Thursday: Swim Workout 7:30-8:30 PM
Friday: Casual lunch time run and /or walk run @ Acadia Indoor Track – 12:10-12:50. For members and non-members.
Saturday: Indoor Cycling + Run Brick (run optional for non triathletes) with Derek @ Banks Bikes 9:30-10:30 AM followed by coffee .
10:30 AM – 1:30 PM – Vision Board Workshop @ Bishop’s Hall; a chance to focus your dreaming & intentions into action. email email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org for more info.
Sunday: Swim Workout – lanes available 2-4 PM. Coaching available 3-4 PM. Workout will be estimated for 1.5 hours.
