Bread is in the Oven

SERIOUSLY! I will be late getting to the pool because I have bread in the oven and just got back from a run.  So here’s the swim workout so you can get started without me (someone can write on the board):

Warm Up: 400 m Choice – mix of drill, swim, kick

12 X 25 kick on 1:00 – every 4th one All Out!

300 Pull breathing every 5th

8 X 50 choice on 1:10 or :30 rest – every 4th one ALL Out

100 Ez

10 X 100 Free with :30 rest – every 3rd one All Out!

8 X 15 sec vertical kick with 25 m sprint

Cool Down
