Hi All,

Will have my head burying in cycling coaching this evening with an online course that starts at 8 PM….soooo I will be skipping out on the workouts this evening.  Here are the workouts.  Hopefully someone can write up on the board.

Newbies:

Warm Up: 100 kick / 100 swim

4X 50 Pull with :15 rest

4 X (25 sprint + 25 Easy) with :20 rest

100 Switch Kick Drill

2 X 50 All out with :30 rest

4 X 100 with :20 rest (Odd’s EZ / Even’s All Out)

100 EZ

4 X  25 underwater Kick on :05 rest

4 X 25 kick with board on :05 rest

Speedsters:

200 kick/200 swim choice

4 X 50 Pull on 1:00

4X (25 SPRINT + 75 EASY) on Threshold + :10

2X 50 Choice All out on 1:00

200 choice drills

6 X 100 choice (Im would be great) (ODD’s EZ/Even’s All out

100 EZ

6 X 100 kick on 2:10

4 X 50 kick underwater kick on 1:15

200 choice warm down
