Hi folks,

Lots happening in my world today and besides having two more late evenings taking the cycling coaching course, I now have the flu…. so needless to say all you swimmers are better off without me this evening!

Swim Workout for this evening:

Advanced Workout with reduced volume numbers or variations in brackets –

Warm Up:

6 X 100 IM OR (6X – 50 drill+50swim)

8 X 50 as 25 Back + 25 Free on 1:00 OR ( 4 X 50 as 25 Back + 25 Free with :15 rest)

50 EZ

4 X:

{4 X 50 as: #1 with :20 rest / #2 with :15 rest / #3 with :10 rest / #4 with :05 rest} – 50 EZ between sets of 4

4 X 100 PULL – build within 100 by 25’s OR 4 X 50 PULL – build within 50 – with :15 sec rest

200 EZ Cool Down
