Another Coachless Swim Workout

Coach is still down with the evil virus 😦

Warm up (shorten if necessary- be sure to leave time for timed test swim and short cool down:

200 easy choice swim

4X 50 kick on back without board on :10 rest

1X or 2X  through { 4 X  50 long dong paddle + 25 sprint free}

100-200 pull

T20 or T30 {20 min or 30 min timed swim} just below aerobic threshold

  • please report distance in T20 or T30 for Test set files
  • short cool down
