It might be white, but we will insist that its spring “rain”!
Note that there are a few changes in the timing of workouts… seems I was a little ambitious with my transition times between activities last week.
Tuesday: Track Workout at Acadia – Indoor or Outdoor depending on the weather. Warm up OYO (on your own – 10-15 minute jog ) before we start the dynamic stretches & drills together at 6:00 PM. Swim Workout at 7:30 PM.
Thursday: Basic Group Riding Bike Skills Clinic at Starrs Point (Juice Plant – corner of Starrs Point Road and Collins Road). Weather permitting. Check for update on Thursday. Swim Workout @ 7 PM.
Friday: My First Triathlon at 6:45 PM (email to registered group will follow).
Saturday: Basic Bike Care and Tire Changing (& Coffee) @ Banks Bikes. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to register. Limited space.
Sunday: Long Run @ 8 AM. Location to be determined. Various paces and distances.
