We’ve added a password protected page for posting Interval & Track Workouts. Password is the same as the Swim Workout Page and available to current members. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need the password. Morgan Brown will be doing the workout from last night at Acadia at noon if anyone wants to join her. It was so great to have a big group at the track workout last evening…the more the merrier, but for anyone that is schedule challenged having the workouts to do OYO ofr with others is pretty awesome too!
