Tuesday: Track Workout (prepare for outdoors and indoors) @ 5:30 PM+ Swim Workout @ 7:00 PM

Thursday: Bike Clinic Part 2 at 5:45 PM Starrs Point Road & Collins Road. Bike/Run Brick for graduates.

Friday: My First Triathlon Week #3

Saturday & Sunday: Saturday – members encouraged to post workout suggestions – get together for rides or long runs. Coach is away facilitating NCCP Coaching Clinic in PEI – (only $40 for anyone who can make the trip)!
