The schedule remains the same as last week with hopes of some windless warmer days. Hope to see those that have conquered their spring marathons join us for some group workouts. Great to see some doing the Fredericton Marathon yesterday. Congrats to Mark, Helen and Chris on their successful runs. If we’ve missed anyone let us know.

- Tuesday: Interval Run @ Acadia, followed by Swim at 7 PM
- Wednesday: OYO
- Thursday: BRIX@SIX (Bike + Run Intervals) – Starrs Point at 6 PM
- Friday: Banks Bikes Group Ride @ 9AM, MFT group at 6:45 PM
- Saturday: Lane swim @ Acadia 7:30 AM, Women’s Ride at 9:45 AM – Valley Stove & Cycle – Other rides to be Posted
- Sunday: Long Run or Bike Race (Starrs Point Classic)
