BRIX@SIX Bike/Run interval training is at Grand Pre Historic Park again this week.  Setting up at 5:30 for a 6 PM start. Set up will allow for anyone who would like to practice mounts and dismounts with progressive drills to do so while those looking for a great workout can focus on the intervals (6 km bike + run distance of choice).  Bring plenty of hydration and layers for the weather.

For those doing St Andrew’s think about bringing everything you will need to have in transition on race day to practice, including your hydrations system and race clothing.
