Ok everyone this is it! Time to move the Thursday Brick Workouts to include open water swimming. Although we call it BRIX@SIX, once we at swimming we like to meet 30 minutes earlier so see everyone there at 5:30 PM. We will be doing some transition (swim/bike) drills and following the swim you can bike and/or run. Not swimming…no problem – bike/run intervals are also an option!
Remember to bring lots of drinking water and a bright coloured bathing cap.
