This Week:

Have to say it was a great way to start the week with a strength and mobility workout at the track at 6:30 this am.  Thanks to young athletes willing to get up early I had company today! The rest of the week is pretty much the usual –

Tuesday is track at 5:30 PM @ Acadia followed by a self directed swim at 7:30-8:30 PM

Wednesday is another 6:30 AM strength & mobility workout @ Acadia

Thursday – hill running  – meeting at 5:30 PM @ Acadia

Friday – swim during lane swim – Time to be Determined.
