Sounds like it was another fun and fitness filled fall weekend for most. Hope that everyone had time with family and friends whatever you were doing!
Still waiting to get some info and commitments for coached swimming times for the Fall/Winter so for the month of October the general schedule will look something like this unless otherwise posted:
Monday / Wednesday @ 6:30-7:30 AM Hip and Glute Strength & Mobility at Acadia. Will be either at the indoor track or outdoor track….if in the case of bad weather and leaky roofs the workout can be done in the gym.
Monday / Wednesday @ 7:30-8:30 AM swimming (during lane swim)
Tuesday is Track (think this has been moved to 6 PM- but check FB for updates as Tineke does post any changes or info) then swimming during lane swim at 7:30-8:30 PM.
Thursday is Hill Running @ 6:00 PM – meeting at Acadia. Please indicate if you will coming by texting 902.698.2700 ..thanks!
Friday swimming at 1-2 PM during lane swimming.
