Off Season Training Continued…..

Workouts for the next few days:

Wednesday 6:15 Am…strength & mobility + intervals at the indoor track (hip&glute focus)

Wednesday @ 4 PM in the gym- 6 week strength workout phase – will go over the Day #2 routine so you will have it and can do on your own schedule.

Thursday hill running workout at 5:30 PM meeting at the Athletic Complex.

Friday 5-8 km run @ 6:16 am and swimming at 1-2 PM.
