Thursday evening join us for a moderate hill workout – meet at the front doors of Acadia at 5:30 PM. We’ll do an easy social warm up around town and through campus before doing some hill work…so if not ready for hills join us for the warm up. Promise the hill workout will be just enough to shake off the holidaze and get you pumped for the new year training regime!
