Another awesomely mild hill night. Meeting at Acadia at 5:30 for hills. Same no-drop warm up around town and then over to Kent Avenue for 12 and half minutes of hills…as in 5 X2.5 minutes up the hill (recovery is the walk/jog down). How hard you take the hill is entirely up to you. Post in comments if you plan to come. I’ll be in the city tonight, but don’t worry I’ll do my hills so I don’t fall behind in training!
