Weekend Options for Training

Saturday 8:30 AM – All comers running in Port Williams – meeting at the Community Centre- variety of distances and paces

Saturday 10:30 AM Indoor Cycling + short Run off the Bike (Brick) – $10 drop in fee (includes post workout coffee/latte and social)

 Sunday – special test set for swimming.  Warm up at 2:00 PM (be there before 2:00 to claim lane space).  Test set is to bench mark your 1km and 100m swim times as we head into serious triathlon training.
