You just might be able to squeak one last lake swim in before it’s just too cold!? …. But in reality it’s a better idea to bring it back to the pool with lane mates and instruction/coaching.
Experienced BMC swimmers will enjoy having dedicated space and time for group workouts and technique feedback. New swimmers interested in multisport/triathlon training can begin here to build their confidence and comfort with swimming.
We begin the early season foundational work this Sunday. If you are hoping for swimming fitness in the spring, now is the time to get on it! We have a great group of fun participants/ athletes of varying abilities already signed up, however with 6 lanes and 2 coaches on tap, there is plenty of room for more!
